Beginning Sunday, February 4 | 4:00-6:00pm
Having clear boundaries is essential to a healthy, balanced lifestyle. A boundary is a personal property line that marks those things for which we are responsible. In other words, boundaries define who we are and who we are not. Having good boundaries impact all areas of our lives. Often, Christians focus so much on being loving and unselfish that they forget their own limits and limitations. If you are someone who struggles to set limits with others or who feels the need to make sure everyone is happy, perhaps you might consider attending Boundaries. Taught by North Metro’s own Emily Zobanov (Licensed Professional Counselor), Spencer Oliver and Tom Sharple, Boundaries promises to revolutionize your thinking for the rest of your life!
Cost for the class is $20/per person. Complimentary childcare is available with registration.
