Congratulations on the birth or adoption of your new baby! In the midst of all of the excitement that comes with bringing a new baby into your home, we want to partner with you on the things that matter most. Here are the next steps for this exciting time with your little one!

1: Baby Dedication Class
Sunday, August 25 | 9:15-10:00am

We invite you to attend our prerequisite Baby Dedication Class, as we share in the vision of equipping families. You will be the biggest influence in your child’s life, even more so than what happens at church. That can sound both exciting and frightening at the same time. That’s where we, your home church, come alongside you and encourage you in your child’s amazing journey. This class is an opportunity to receive and reflect on the teachings from the staff at North Metro Church. If you have already dedicated one of your children at NMC, you do not need to attend this class again.

2: Baby Dedication Service
Saturday, November 16 | 3:00-4:30pm

Once you’ve completed the Baby Dedication Class, you and your family are ready for the Baby Dedication Service that will be held in the Auditorium here at NMC.

As always, the service will be an intentional environment with worship and a message focused on the celebration of life and the dedication of your child to God’s teaching and instruction. This is not infant baptism. We believe baptism is a celebration of when a child or adult accepts Jesus Christ as their personal Savior.

Please invite your family, friends, and Community Groups to celebrate this special day with you. We hope you will surround yourself with anyone who will partner with you in prayer and support while raising your child.
