Around NMC, we say Welcome Home because we want everyone at North Metro Church to feel like they're one of our family members. Our Welcome Home class is meant to help anyone, whether new to NMC or not, familiarize themselves with the life of the Church at North Metro Church.

In Welcome Home, you'll learn about NMC's mission and vision and discuss ways to grow in the community, deepen your faith, and serve others.

Frequently Asked Questions

Who can I bring with me?
Anyone can attend this class with you. You can come alone or bring your spouse, roommate, neighbor, or significant other!

What if I have kids?
We offer complimentary childcare for infants through fifth grade. You can sign up your children for childcare upon registration.

Will I get called on?
Nope! Our staff will talk most of the time!

Will a meal be provided?
Yes! Everyone attending Welcome Home will receive a lunch, including children registered for childcare.

Is this a membership class?
No! At NMC, we do not have a membership process.

Do I have to take this before I serve?
No, while we think Welcome Home is an important class that shares the mission and vision of NMC, it is not a requirement to get involved in other areas of NMC.

Can I attend Welcome Home if I am not necessarily new?
Yes! Welcome Home is for anyone that wants to learn more about church life at NMC; whether you have attended for two weeks or two years, Welcome Home is for anyone.

How often does this class occur?
Welcome Home is offered immediately after our 11:00am service once a month, generally on the third Sunday.

What if I sign up and can not attend?
You can let Sophia Pacheco know by emailing spacheco@northmetro.org. She'll help you sign up for a later class or answer any questions.
