Women's Groups

We offer two semesters of Women’s Groups a year, fall (August-November) and winter (January-March). Our primary focus within these groups is to support living a group lifestyle by studying the Word of God with other woman.  Groups meet Wednesday mornings (9:30-11:30am) or Thursday evenings (7:00-9:00pm), offering studies from today’s best-selling Bible study leaders that will equip you in knowing the truth of God’s Word.

Our next semester kicks off Wednesday, August 23 and Thursday, August 24.

Group Descriptions

The Amazing Collection

Wed. 9:30-11:30am

The Amazing Collection is a video based Bible study for women, taught sequentially book by book.  Each week gives an overview of one book in the Bible.  The main characters and theme of the book come alive with dynamic teaching, original music videos and personal testimonies.

Armor of God – Priscilla Shirer

Wed. 9:30-11:30am; Thur. 7:00-9:00pm

All day, every day, an invisible war rages around you — unseen, unheard, yet felt throughout every aspect of your life. A devoted, devilish enemy seeks to wreak havoc on everything that matters to you: your heart, your mind, your marriage, your children, your relationships, your resilience, your dreams, your destiny.

Breathe – Priscilla Shirer

Wed. 9:30-11:30am

One of the greatest challenges among women in our culture is taking time to stop and cease from all the activities and busyness and just breathe. We are in bondage to busyness. We constantly strive to complete the limitless to-do lists that hinder us from experiencing all that God has for us. We miss the moments because we rush ahead to the next thing. By neglecting time for tranquility, serenity, and repose, we limit our Christlikeness and miss out on some of God’s greatest gifts. It is time for us to breathe and build margin into our lives for God.

Colossians – Kay Smith

Wed. 9:30-11:30am

Women will discover how to discern spiritual deception and comprehend correct biblical doctrine that leads to a renewed eternal perspective. Let Kay guide you through the book of Colossians to understand how the Lord wants you to live in these last days…to love your family…to influence your friends…and to revive our nation.

David: Seeking a Heart Like His – Beth Moore

Wed. 9:30-11:30am

God will never give up on you. Explore how David’s life proves this promise to be true. In this examination of the “man after God’s own heart,” David will delight and disappoint you. You’ll want to be just like him at times and nothing like him at others. If you’ve ever experienced doubts, temptations, losses, family problems, or personal inconsistencies, this study is for you!

Entrusted- Beth Moore

Wed. 9:30-11:30am

We were never meant to take this journey of faith alone or in secret. God has entrusted us with the great and mighty gift of the gospel, something too precious and life-giving to keep to ourselves.

In this Bible study, Beth will encourage you to guard what God has entrusted to you, further His kingdom by sharing Christ with others, and pour into future generations just as Paul once mentored Timothy. Because in this journey of joy and hardship, we need each other to stay the course and live a life of faithfulness.

Fresh Encounter – Blackaby Brothers

Wed. 9:30-11:30am

Fresh Encounter guides believers through the biblical pattern of experiencing God’s presence which leads to revival in the church and a spiritual awakening in the world. As churches today search for the right ministry to reach their community, this study will help them return to their “first love” of Jesus Christ so He can work powerfully in them and through them. Fresh Encounter is designed to aid churches and individual believers to return to a faithful relationship with God and become catalysts for revival.

From Garden to Glory- Courtney Doctor

Wed. 9:30-11:30am

From Garden to Glory is a 10-week Bible study that traces the Bible’s story from Genesis to Revelation.

This study is designed to teach and show you the steadfast love of our God who longs to dwell with His children again as He did in the Garden—and who will stop at nothing until He does.

Precept, John Part 3 – Kay Arthur

Wed. 9:30-11:30am

John Part 3 – The True Vine . . . One with Him – Precept Workbook (NASB)

Jesus draws His disciples aside to prepare them for what is to come. In chapters 12-21, learn about His death, burial, and resurrection, and their significance to your salvation.

Think Differently – James Macdonald

Wed. 9:30-11:30am; Thurs. 7:00-9:00pm

If you repeatedly find yourself in places where you don’t want to go, it’s your thinking that’s leading you there. This 10-session Bible study by James MacDonald identifies strongholds, examines how they came to be, and offers believers a biblical path toward repentance and the renewing of their minds. God offers our only hope for victory over disposition, dysfunction, double-mindedness, and every other mental stronghold. With Him we can think differently.

Daniel – Beth Moore

Thurs. 7:00-9:00pm

Join in a faith-building study of prophecy and learn how to live with integrity in today’s self-absorbed society. The prophet Daniel faced unbelievable pressures to compromise his faith, to live in a hostile culture, and to confront temptations and threats. Today, believers in Jesus Christ face many of the same trials.

Childcare is available for Wednesday morning studies, the cost is $45 per child for a 12-week session. Discounts are given for additional children.
