Intern Program

We are committed to discipling college students and fostering their growth in knowledge, character, vision, and ministry skills.

The College Intern Program at NMC is designed to provide enrolled college students the exposure, experience, and education necessary to build a foundation for their calling into vocational ministry. Internships should equip you for your future, wherever that may be. The win for every intern is an intentional season of growth, not a job at North Metro Church.

About the Program

What To Expect

An intern's experience is designed to provide awareness of their character, competency, strengths, and weaknesses while increasing their understanding of the disciple-making process. Through this 8 month experience, they will have the opportunity to explore different ministries behind the scenes and what is needed to make each ministry function and thrive. The program combines focused training, hands-on experience, and intentional mentorship to help participants grow in their leadership ability and clarify their calling.
