About the Program
What To Expect
An intern's experience is designed to provide awareness of their character, competency, strengths, and weaknesses while increasing their understanding of the disciple-making process. Through this 8-month experience, they will have the opportunity to explore different ministries behind the scenes and what is needed to make each ministry function and thrive. The program combines focused training, hands-on experience, and intentional mentorship to help participants grow in their leadership ability and clarify their calling.
